Performed 250+ interviews, hiring 12-15 candidates per year consistently.   Held daily accountability meetings to aid the early career development of new advisors.  Implemented new college internship program that hired 40+ interns per year.  Cultivated relationships on campus in all major central Texas Universities.  Spoke at several student organizations.  Grew Mass Mutual office with 4 advisors to over 20 in a two year period of time.  Established many of the best practices utilized across the system based on success.
