She is currently the Director of VC East at TriNet, after previously serving as the Senior Advisor at Chloe Capital and the Director of VC/PE, NY at TriNet. Weiss has also worked as a Mentor at Big Idea Ventures and an Advisor and Board Member at Tech Tribe.
