Katie Weber

Katie Weber is the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Tory Burch, a position she has held since January 2023. Based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, she is responsible for recruiting talent across various departments, including Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and Production. Prior to her current role, she served as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Tory Burch from September 2021 to January 2023, focusing on similar areas within the company.1

Before joining Tory Burch, Katie Weber worked at Marc Jacobs as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience from August 2019 to September 2021. Her career also includes positions at GDS Group and Lucas Group, where she gained extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.1

Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, which she completed between 2007 and 2011.1
