Katie Paguaga

Katie Paguaga is an international development professional with over a decade of experience in international project management, consulting, and education.

She specializes in private sector-led economic growth, value chain development, sustainable sourcing, agribusiness, workforce development, and local capacity building.

Katie is a successful proposal writer and has extensive experience as an operational and technical manager for multi-million dollar projects funded by donors like USAID, DFID, and IDB.
