Katie O'Connor is an equity investment professional with a strong background in corporate strategy, M&A, and operational management. She has a wealth of experience in diverse industries such as consumer business, manufacturing, leisure and hospitality, media, and professional services. Katie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

In her professional journey, Katie has held key roles at prominent organizations like Earnest Partners where she focused on equity investment management. Additionally, she co-founded Ride Republic and served as the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to these roles, she was engaged with Thomson Reuters as the Vice President of Strategy, as well as in various strategy and management positions at Deloitte. Katie also gained valuable experience during her time at Procter & Gamble as an intern in Product Development.
