Katie Brannen McGuirk

Katie McGuirk is an Atlanta native and a licensed real estate agent affiliated with the Atlanta Board. Coming from a family deeply rooted in real estate, with her father being the founder of NAI Brannen Goddard, a prominent commercial real estate firm, she has garnered an in-depth understanding of the industry. Katie is an active member of the Atlanta non-profit community, contributing her time to Trinity House and the Special Olympics. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in business and marketing from Auburn University, complemented by a Summer Intensive Study Program in Fashion Design at Parsons School of Design in Paris, France.
