Katie Irey

Katie Irey is a seasoned insurance industry professional with over 17 years of experience in various corporate roles. She currently serves as the Vice President of Product Management Implementation, Strategy, and Operations for Allstate's Personal Property-Liability division. Katie is responsible for managing a $1.7B insurance portfolio and executing profitable market share growth strategies through Allstate's exclusive agency distribution model in Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

Her background includes roles in finance, risk management, distribution, and product management. She is recognized as a change leader and a strong communicator who engages employees in the broader corporate strategy. Katie is also a co-executive sponsor of Allstate's Young Professionals Organization and enjoys mentoring many young professionals throughout the company.

Katie graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Gies College of Business where she studied B.S. Finance, B.S. Business Administration (Marketing), and the Hoeft Technology & Management Program. She is a member of the Allstate Foundation Grants Committee and gives back to her community as a board member of the Parks Foundation of Highland Park.
