Katie Field

Katie Field is a professional with a strong background in international relations and development economics, combined with a deep passion for financial markets. She works closely with hedge fund clients to provide valuable insights for their public equity research and investment strategies. Katie's educational journey includes being a Valedictorian at Boerne High School, earning a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in International/Global Studies, Summa Cum Laude from American University, attending the Pembroke-King's Summer International Programme at the University of Cambridge for International Relations and National Security Studies, studying Development Economics and International Development at Universidad de la Paz, and completing a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in International Relations and Politics from the University of Cambridge. In terms of work experience, Katie has held various roles at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) such as Senior Manager and Manager in Client Solutions for Hedge Funds. Additionally, she has worked as a Senior Associate in both Private Equity & Public Equity at GLG. Prior to her time at GLG, Katie served as a Legislative Assistant at the U.S. House of Representatives and gained research experience at Eurasia Group and the American-Russian Cultural Cooperation Foundation.
