Katie Charteris

Katie Charteris is an ambitious and passionate Talent Acquisition and Senior Executive Recruitment Manager with extensive experience in large organizations, specializing in diversity and inclusion, senior leadership recruitment, and talent strategies.

She currently holds a dual role focusing on delivering senior hires and talent strategy within an award-winning internal talent acquisition and executive recruitment team, working closely with senior stakeholders and the Executive Committee at TfL.

Katie actively supports internal staff network groups at TfL by facilitating workshops on topics like confidence-building and career development. She is also mentoring a HR Apprentice through their CIPD programme.

Her personal interests include internal talent mobility, talent insights, diversity data, innovative technology solutions for Talent Acquisition challenges, as well as collaborating with market mapping and insights providers.

In addition to her professional roles, Katie is a regular guest speaker and attendee at industry events, having recently spoken at the Talent Acquisition Global Gathering and FlexPo.

Educationally, she has a BTEC National Diploma in Health and Social Care, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Sociology from Keele University, as well as another Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Western Sydney.
