Katie Cariello

Katie Cariello has had a diverse career background that has led her to achieve incredible things working with teams. With a BFA in Theatre/Theater from Montclair State University and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Cariello began her career working in theater and entertainment, and then moved to work for major record labels such as Island Def Jam Music Group and Arista Records. She eventually transitioned to digital marketing, where she has thrived, working with large sports organizations such as the National Basketball Association (NBA) and Major League Soccer. Some of her achievements include receiving a platinum record for launching Outkast's album SpeakerBoxxx/The Love Below to radio, and winning a WebAward for outstanding web development for the website of a popular food brand. She is passionate about building mutually beneficial relationships with people, and she enjoys working in environments where she can interact directly with the consumers of the products she markets.
