Katie Arnold is a dedicated professional with a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction in the hospitality industry.

With a diverse skill set, Katie specializes in Meeting Planning, Group Rooms, Front Desk Operations, Sales and Catering Operations, and Revenue Management.

She holds a background in Airline/Travel Specialist, Travel and Hospitality from the International Air and Hospitality Academy, as well as studies in Hotel Revenue Management, Event & Meeting Planning from Cornell University.

Katie has held various positions at Elephants Delicatessen, including Director of Account Sales, Director of Accounts, Director of Event Services, Catering Services & Event Manager, and Senior Catering Sales Manager.

She has also contributed to other organizations such as serving as a Female Advisory Committee Member at a Private Company, Event Chair at The Wine Opener for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and in roles at Crowne Plaza Hotels and All About Hawaii.
