Katia has held key leadership positions in various organizations including Z BONES PET MERCANTILE as an Independent Business Owner, and as a Senior Vice President at Animal Supply Company overseeing marketing, retail services, private brands, and merchandising.

Prior to that, she held significant roles at Petco, Wilsons Leather, The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc., and Kohl's Department Stores, gaining invaluable experience in retail management, merchandising, and marketing.
