Kathy Takayama

Kathy Takayama is an esteemed Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, bringing nearly three decades of experience as an R&D and IT Program Manager to mentor future business leaders. She is dedicated to supporting veterans and empowering women in the military community through various volunteer roles. Kathy actively gives back to local high schools through fundraising efforts for scholarships in memory of her late husband and father. She has been recognized with prestigious awards such as HPE's Women's Excellence Award and accolades from the California State Assembly and USC Marshall School of Business for her exceptional community service and commitment to serving her country. With a Master of Business for Veterans from USC and a Bachelor of Science from UC Davis, Kathy's expertise spans across top organizations like Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where she held key roles in operations, program management, telecommunications, and technical instruction.
