Kathy McAtamney

Kathy McAtamney is an accomplished full life-cycle Recruiter who possesses over 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. She has been successful in building strong relationships with leaders of all levels by presenting a creative, new-age, and refreshing approach to recruitment. Kathy studied BA in Management and Communication at Concordia University-Wisconsin, and an Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy at Macomb Community College.

Before working as a professional Recruiter, she worked as a Level 3 Registered Respiratory Therapist at St. Luke's Medical Center and Kenosha Medical Center and Hospital. Through her years of experience, Kathy has worked for esteemed companies like General Motors, ManpowerGroup Solutions, Wolters Kluwer, and Dell. In these companies, she served as a Global Talent Acquisition Recruiter, Senior Delivery Consultant, Sr. Corporate Recruiting Consultant, and Talent Acquisition Advisor, respectively.
