Kathy Dryden

Kathy Dryden, a notable entrepreneur and sailing aficionado, is a well-rounded individual with multiple talents, including building with Legos and cuddling with her dogs. She graduated from Francis Parker and attended the University of Southern California to study Policy, Planning and Development, specializing in Real Estate.

With her vast knowledge and experience in the industry, Kathy founded WALK Ventures, where she currently serves as the Managing Partner. Prior to that, she held various executive roles in retail product strategy and real estate, such as SVP Retail Product Strategy at Ten-X, Founder and President at ALLRE, and Team Leader, Realtor at 71 and Sunny Real Estate.

Apart from her business ventures, Kathy is actively involved in multiple organizations, including the Mission Bay Yacht Club, where she served on the board of directors. She is also known for her exceptional communication skills, honed during her previous role as Communications and HR professional at Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc.
