Kathryn Turner is a retail Head of Product with a rich background of over 20 years of experience in the food industry, specializing in own label product development and innovation.

With strengths in strategic development, trend interpretation, product delivery, health food market understanding, and team development, Kathryn is known for her strong communication skills and team player attitude.

She pursued her education at Rishworth, Bury Grammar School, and later completed a BSc Hon in Hotel and Catering Management with a 2.1 grade from Oxford Brookes University.

Kathryn Turner has held key positions in various reputable organizations, including her current role as the Head of Product at Marks and Spencer.

Prior to her current role, she served as the Trend Insight Manager for Foods, New Product Development Intern, Category Developer at Marks and Spencer, Sales Business Development at Mars, Hospitality Manager at BBC, and has also undergone an industrial placement at British Airways.
