Kathryn Scanland is a highly skilled strategist, change agent, and coach with over two decades of experience in the fields of leadership development, instructional design, and training facilitation. She has studied Certified Professional Coach, Executive and Leadership Coach at the International Coach Academy, completed her Doctorate in Management and Leadership at the University of Phoenix, and earned her MBA in Business from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
Scanland has had several notable roles throughout her career, including serving as the Chair of the Board Of Directors at Baker Publishing Group and working as the Instructional Designer and Facilitator for the Institute for Professional Excellence at Davenport University. She has also been a Principal at Greystone Global LLC and the Managing Director of DDM Research at DDM Marketing & Communications. Additionally, she previously owned Scanland Research, Inc., was the Market Research Manager at Christianity Today International, and served as the Director of Marketing and Institutional Research at Grace College and Seminary.
Throughout her career, Kathryn has honed her skills in strategic planning, leadership development, change management, instructional design, and training facilitation. She is an expert in aligning strategy and leadership through experiential interventions, interactive learning, and immersive experiences. Her ultimate goal is to help people enhance their leadership to achieve their mission.
