Kathryn Rounding

Kathryn Rounding has over 12 years of experience in User Experience (UX) roles, excelling in innovation, design challenges, and leadership. She successfully established and led a robust UX design and research program for H&R Block Canada's Digital products. Kathryn is known for her consistent innovation, not just as a designer and inventor, but also for developing new processes and techniques for design validation. Her expertise spans a wide range of UX design and research areas, including financial, regulatory, seasonal, and full-year products, diverse business and payment structures, various display sizes and orientations, hardware types, operating systems, application types, and interaction models. Education-wise, she holds a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Music in Oboe Performance, all from the University of Calgary.
