Kathryn Hing

Kathryn Hing is the Head of Design at Gorgias, a customer service platform that helps e-commerce businesses manage their customer interactions. In her role, she focuses on creating user-friendly design solutions that enhance customer experience. Kathryn is also known for her involvement in mentoring underrepresented communities in the tech and design fields, emphasizing support for women, the Black community, and Indigenous peoples.134

In addition to her position at Gorgias, Kathryn is actively engaged with the Interaction Design Association (IxDA) in Berlin, where she serves as a local co-leader.
