Kathryn Aleda is an experienced attorney with a focus on supporting cutting-edge R&D programs and negotiating transactions for early-stage energy technologies.

She serves as an advisor to senior executives on various areas including Innovation Policy and Implementation, Energy and Technology Policy, Sustainability, Legislative and Government Relations, Audits, Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency R&D, and the Environment.

Kathryn received her Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Emory University School of Law.
