Kathleen Warnock is an experienced writer and editor with a diverse background in content creation, management, and user experience writing. She has worked for tech organizations, insurance companies, publishing houses, and news outlets, providing her with a unique set of skills and a broad perspective on the industry. Kathleen is currently working as a contractor at Guardian Life Insurance, where she is responsible for creating and revising letters to clients as part of a tool that generates individual responses for cases in Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Workplace Accommodations. Prior to that, she worked at TD Ameritrade, creating user-facing copy for TD Ameritrade client sites and collaborating with UX designers, content strategists, and developers. She also worked at Google and John Wiley & Sons as a Content Strategy Specialist/Senior Editor and as an Editor at Frommer's Travel Guides, John Wiley and Sons.
