Kathleen Guerra Oliver

Kathleen Oliver is a highly experienced legal professional with a strong background in transactional law. She holds a JD from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Georgetown University. With over a decade of experience in the legal industry, she has worked in various capacities, ranging from law clerk to associate to legal counsel.

Currently, Kathleen serves as the Head of Transaction Legal - Asia Pacific at Avolon, a global aircraft leasing company. Her prior positions include stints at Vedder Price, P.C., Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, and Lloyd Gosselink Blevins Rochelle & Townsend, P.C., among others.

Kathleen's expertise lies in transportation and space finance, where she has assisted clients in structuring and negotiating complex transactions worth billions of dollars. With a keen eye for detail and a client-centric approach, she has earned a reputation as a reliable and resourceful legal professional.

Aside from her legal work, Kathleen has also engaged with various voluntary organizations, including the American Red Cross and Texas RioGrande Legal Aid.
