Kathleen Mahne

Kathleen Mahne is the President and CEO of Arbitration Forums, Inc. (AF), a leading provider of arbitration and subrogation services in the United States. She has held this position since January 2017 and is based in Tampa, Florida. With over thirty years of experience in the insurance industry, Mahne has a strong background in customer service and technology product development, emphasizing transformational change and strategic innovation within organizations.

Before her tenure at AF, Mahne worked at Allstate, where she held various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Claims. In this capacity, she was responsible for the strategic design and implementation of innovative claims processes and technology across the company, which serves millions of claims annually. Her leadership at Allstate also involved spearheading initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational health and employee engagement.

Mahne is recognized as a national authority in the insurance sector and has been involved in several boards and committees related to claims and insurance services. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Lafayette College.134

As of May 2024, Mahne is set to retire from her role at Arbitration Forums, with Eric Spencer taking over as the new CEO.2
