Kathleen Largo is a CSR professional, generalist, and communications practitioner with a background in program management, service design, and a range of skills including grantmaking, innovation management, leadership, business development, strategy, and organizational learning. Apart from her professional roles, she also dedicates time to writing.

She is passionate about culture and excels in collaborative team environments that focus on the convergence of media, technology, and social impact. With experience in the Philippines, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, Kathleen has a deep understanding of diverse social enterprise models and firmly believes in the positive impact businesses can have on society. Her approach to driving system change revolves around values-based policy transformations, with a future aspiration to transition into the public sector during the later stages of her career.
