Kathi May is a seasoned professional with a background in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Employer Branding for the APAC region at Hudson RPO.

With a strong foundation in end-to-end recruitment, strategic sourcing, and candidate management, Kathi has honed her skills in e-pro, Avature, CRM strategy, team management, project management, talent pipelining, and talent pools over the years.

Her expertise also extends to recruitment advertising, social media, employer branding, EVP development, and enhancing the overall candidate experience.

Having studied Bachelor Of Arts In Humanities at James Cook University, Kathi brings a well-rounded educational background to her professional endeavors.

Throughout her career, Kathi has held various key positions, including Talent Acquisition Manager at GSK, Recruitment Lead at ANZ, Talent Acquisition Manager at Latitude Financial Services, and Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Manager at EnergyAustralia, all under the umbrella of Hudson RPO.
