With a background in Strategy & Operations consulting, she possesses expertise in the full M&A lifecycle, operations improvement, project leadership, and change management.

Katherine's experience spans across different sectors of the energy value chain, including upstream, oilfield services, midstream, power, logistics, renewables, energy efficiency, and energy transition.

She holds the SASB Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) credential, highlighting her commitment to sustainable practices.

Her educational journey includes studying Government at William & Mary, earning an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and attending Northfield Mount Hermon and Claremont Elementary.
