Katherine Thomas is a wellness enthusiast who found her calling after being inspired by David Brooks' article 'It's Not About You'. Believing that health and wellness are crucial for a fulfilling life, she combined her passion for food and business to launch a health food product.
A former athlete and Duke University alum, Katherine has a background in International Relations, Russian Studies, and International Business. She has held roles at prestigious organizations such as Goldman Sachs and American Health Associates before co-founding and serving as the COO of MUSH.
Katherine advocates for engaging with people, sharing stories, and creating value in interactions. Despite her nurturing personality, she also enjoys extreme activities and craft coffee, showcasing a diverse range of interests.
