Katherine Ragon

Katherine Ragon is a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a concentration in electromagnetics from Bradley University, graduating in May 2019.

Her experience includes serving as a school board member, participating in Engineers Without Borders, and managing a staff of sixty, showcasing exceptional leadership and teamwork abilities.

Katherine possesses strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in applications such as MATLAB, Sonnet Electromagnetics Software, Wireless Energy Hardware, and Python.

She has a diverse work background, having held positions including Control System Engineer at Intellihot Inc., Solar Specialist at Springfield Electric Supply Company, and Software Test Engineer at Caterpillar Inc.

In addition, Katherine has prior experience as Co-Manager, Instructor/Head Guard, and Lifeguard at Splashdown Waterpark.
