Katherine Lancman is an experienced marketer, innovation consultant, and investor with a passion for finding new market opportunities, particularly in the DTC, microbiome, startup, consumer, and health industries. With a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Psychology from the University of Melbourne, Katherine has gained experience in consumer innovation, growth, corporate venture, and open innovation. She has worked across the Pacific and has held various roles including Investor at OLIPOP PBC and Blendid, Manager, Consumer Innovation at Cerebos, and New Ventures at SC Johnson. Katherine also studied Science of Decision Making at Stanford University and obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Advertising from the University of Technology Sydney.

Currently, Katherine is involved in investing in high-growth companies and works as the Marketing & DTC at Hume Supernatural. In the past, she has also worked as an Account Director- CPG & Health Innovation at Colmar Brunton, Manager - CPG Brand & Marketing accounts at The Marketing Store, North America, and Innovation and Growth Consultant at RAW Innovation pty limited. Katherine is an excellent communicator who can work in "the space" between startups and big companies.
