In order to do this, I am passionate about getting to know the businesses we serve from the inside out, making myself knowledgeable about their industry, the skill-sets they look for and the corporate environment they have created.  I am a small business owner myself and I know the challenges first-hand of growing a business, and talent and labor is one of the most important and most challenging parts of business growth.  I am proud to have a role in the growth of many businesses across the great communities we serve.

At St. Jude I developed my passion for helping people.  I was fortunate to get to raise money for this phenomenal charity and met some wonderful mentors along the way that taught me how to communicate my passion, demonstrate my passion and then bring others into my passion.  Danny Thomas was a visionary and the legacy he has left with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital inspires me daily.
