Katherine Kennedy is a highly accomplished environmental services and international affairs professional. With a strong academic background in environmental science, armed conflict and crisis management, peace studies, and conflict resolution, she is a leading expert in human security, climate change, marine and natural resource management, climate finance, blue economy, peace-building, climate diplomacy, disaster risk management, capacity building, and innovation.
Kennedy is a former Head of Climate Change at The Commonwealth and a former Strategic Development Programme Director at the Centre for Environment, Fisheries & Aquaculture Science (UK Marine Agency).
