Her expertise spans across financial management, business planning, human resources and staffing, payroll, and tax compliance. With in-depth knowledge of building business, financial and human resources structures from the ground up, Katherine provides tailored solutions that make sense for each specific business unit.

Katherine has held several leadership roles in the gaming industry, including Chief Operating Officer at Monomi Park, Director of Operations at SEGA Networks Inc., Operations Manager at Three Rings Design (SEGA Networks Inc.), and Office Manager at Three Rings Design. She is experienced in managing an employee base ranging from 25 - 100 and has a deep understanding of the unique human resources and financial challenges that come with the gaming business.
