Some of her notable roles include Vice President of International Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs at U.S. Pharmacopeia, Director of Strategy, Partnerships, and Analytics at the Office of International Programs within the US Food and Drug Administration, and Associate Director of Global Technical Cooperation and Capacity Building at the US Food and Drug Administration.

    Additionally, Katherine has worked as a Social Network Analyst/Consultant at Academy for Educational Development, Associate Director at Rockefeller Foundation, Deputy Director at PATH's Mekong Regional Office, and Assistant Research Professor at Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. She has also contributed her expertise as a Consultant at The Ford Foundation and served as a Field Director for an HIV Prevention Trial at The Johns Hopkins University/Chiang Mai University.
