Kath Fidler

Meet Kath Fidler, a versatile professional with over 7 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations, as well as 10 years in IT. With a unique background in Art Therapy, Kath has developed a humanist approach to HR that emphasizes the development and investment of an organization's most important asset: its people. After studying Art and Art Therapy at Syracuse University and New York University, Kath has held various positions in HR and Operations, including roles at Floyd County Productions and Look Listen. She has also worked as an Art Therapist Intern at the Queens Children's Psychiatric Center, as well as a Family Room Specialist at Apple Retail. Passionate about compliance, people, and efficiency, Kath is a Northern transplant to the South and offers a diverse perspective on HR. She also founded Fiddlesticks, LLC, a venture that highlights her entrepreneurial spirit.
