- Led global process for 8 country campaigns including writing localization briefs, collaborating with regional agencies on strategic input, managing global feedback, and reviewing localized creative.
- Oversaw Cisco’s global production and talent budget.
- Launched a complex augmented reality print and digital experience that introduced Cisco’s new tagline and global brand campaign. Resulted in an increase in Brand Momentum and Consideration (11 and 13 points respectively), an increase in Cisco's stock price and market cap the week of brand launch, and internally at Cisco 55% growth in internal employee comprehension of the company’s strategy and 85% growth in confidence.
- Trained and managed a strong account team of two Assistant Account Managers and one Account Coordinator.
- Managed broadcast and still shoots, including a data center shoot that produced footage and photography now utilized in every Cisco television spot, web film, print/OOH ad, and digital banner.

- Led two successful new business pitches, Nature’s Way and Cisco.
- Successfully launched the pro-bono “Get More Green” digital campaign for American Rivers, including microsite green.americanrivers.org and supporting banners (resulting in a Silver SF ADDY, Public Service - Digital Advertising category).
- Managed Chevrolet Sonic media partnerships with MSN/Fader and Complex, resulting in two content video series and a microsite. 
- Represented Chevrolet clients at shoots, procured cars and ensured they were portrayed correctly, facilitated client reviews, and collaborated with creative team on supporting site content.
- Researched and wrote competitive analyses for Sprint (smartphone plan messaging, legal language) and Chevrolet Sonic (competitor car launch campaigns) and presented them internally and to clients.
- Independently managed Sprint projects including Times Square OOH, Sprint Center arena experiential, robust microsites, FSIs, banners, and monthly pricing updates across six campaign landing pages. 
- Managed internal employee campaign for the Sprint “All. Together. Now.” rebranding. Selected employee talent to feature and facilitated creation of a web film, online, print and poster placements.
- Developed system for monitoring Sprint’s production budgets and estimates, and established a client reporting structure for non-production billing (travel, talent, shipping).
- Conducted creative and legal reviews, wrote creative briefs, created production schedules, managed PR outreach and award show submissions and facilitated all communication between creative team, producer, analytics, and clients.
