Product Owner on greenfield web app which provides business insights into financials, pipeline, project health and forecasting for organizations in the professional services industry. Responsible for maintaining roadmap, drafting requirements, scenarios, user stories as well story mapping, release planning and backlog prioritization.

Technical Producer:
Ongoing Project Management on an array of creative and technical projects. This includes leading design and front and backend teams through daily stand-ups, planning, demos, testing and releases. Specifically, I lead an initiative with Fiserv to design and build its first ever, company-wide, Insights and Analytics platform with the goal of standardizing how Fiserv makes its wealth of data available to its customers across their vast suite of products.

At Mondo I served as the lead Producer for Comcast Business; owning design initiatives for new or evolving products Comcast is rolling out to it's SMB customers. In this capacity, I worked closely with Comcast's Product, Business, Marketing and Development teams to ensure the designs  meet requirements and enhance the user's experience.

To achieve this goal, I managed a team of 3-6 designers and together we delivered pattern libraries and style guides, prototypes, visual designs, usability studies, creative concepting, user flows, wireframes and development documentation.

Initiatives tackled include:

-  The design of an onboarding experience for new customers across numerous services, from the ground up.
-  An audit and unification of existing patterns across Comcast's digital properties.
-  Redesign of a telecom application for integration into Comcast Business's larger customer portal.
-  Design of an entirely new cloud-based, network management product for integration into Comcast Business's customer portal.


In addition to Comcast, I enjoyed serving as the Product Owner for Goldenvoice. Leading the client and team through the agile framework, we designed and developed the website for a brand new music festival, Arroyo Seco. The project featured an expansive creative exploration, motion studies, a highly-custom, award-winning homepage as well as a series of illustrated promotional videos.

With Vermilion I had the honor of working on some tremendous community minded accounts on an assortment of ongoing initiatives including research, strategy,website design & development, branding and digital marketing. My clients include: University of Colorado, Naropa University, Outdoor Industry Association.

At Tank I was privileged to work on the gamut of initiatives from website design and development, branding and multi-channel campaigns to wayfinding and signage. My clients ranged in size as well, from global accounts, like FedEx Office, to smaller, local organizations like the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.

As one of of Tank's Account Managers, I was responsible for the delivery of 5-10 ongoing projects, each varying in services and industry. I served as the project lead and point of contact for my clients, relaying status, next steps and setting expectations. I created and owned project plans, budgets and resourcing over the life cycle of each project I touched.

Serving as a Producer at Continuum my focus was on the coordination of logistics, timelines, resources, budgets and deliverables on service, brand, product and digital design projects for global brands. In addition, I was responsible for the recruitment of participants and logistics of research events, including drafting screeners, vendor coordination, and participant communication, to meet unique criteria of each project.

I worked directly with clients over the duration of engagements to ensure needs are met and partner with Creative Directors and team members achieve milestones with a focus on efficiency and quality. I maintained relationships with partner firms and vendors to ensure continuity and momentum.

My relationship with Tide Rise Creative began when I was brought on board to write scripts for John Deere's Remarketing Team.

Thrilled with the storyboard and writing, JD brought us on to produce four, 30 second spots to market the launch of their new website. From there my responsibilities grew to include production: orchestrating locations, schedules, talent, props, wardrobe, travel and accommodations. I worked closely with the director and client to ensure the commercials were delivered on time and under budget.

My involvement with Tide Rise Creative has extended beyond  the John Deere project and I've since served as Producer and Assistant Photographer on several projects including lifestyle and studio shoots for Castaway Clothing Company.

My involvement with MW Krom, a boutique development agency specializing in custom web application development, is primarily internal. My focus is on timeline and milestone tracking, team coordination and planning for an ongoing custom mobile application development project with John Deere. I have conducted extensive quality assurance testing, wireframing and content development propelling the project's production.

As Growth Spark's primary Account Manager, I am responsible for the coordination and delivery of up to 15 web design and development projects from the time the contract is signed up through launch and into support.

After a project's completion, I work to strengthen our relationships with former clients by remaining available  to provide ongoing support as well as work with folks to  identify goals and opportunities for growth.

Internally, my role involves the management of our development and design teams and contractors. This involves leading weekly team meetings of all leadership roles within the organization. I anticipate and plan project timelines, budget tracking, team capacity and deliverables. Externally, I maintain client communications, manage expectations, represent their needs while keeping an eye on the inevitable scope creep. On the production side; I determine and map content requirements, wireframe templates, conduct quality assurance tests, train clients on the WordPress and Shopify platforms, content implementation and minor CMS customization and maintenance.

In addition to client relations and team management, my attention is shared with the process of continually improving Growth Sparks infrastructure. I play an integral role in Growth Spark's business development with a focus on refining processes, project productivity, developing documentation and marketing materials, CRM management and social media and marketing efforts.

As a household manager I organized and executed multiple faceted projects totaling over $30,000. I managed budgets, accounts payable and scheduling. Researched, collected bids, made hiring decisions and communicated with vendors regarding client’s concerns, proposals and timelines.

During my time at IHAD I was selected to assume the position of primary development officer during a six-month transition period. I designed publications used to advertise IHAD to local community, including a newsletter disseminated to over 4,000 individuals and generated positive coverage for the organization through public and media relations. I was heavily involved in fundraising and pioneered new system for tracking and maintaining grants, allowing for more efficient use of time. Using this system and grant writing, I raised over $95,000 for the organization.
