Kate Towsey

Kate Towsey is an independent ResearchOps advisor, coach, educator, and author of 'Research That Scales: The Research Operations Handbook' (Rosenfeld Media). With over a decade of experience, she is a prominent figure in the ResearchOps field, known for her contributions such as the PWDR acronym and founding the ResearchOps Community.

In 2019, Kate transitioned from the ResearchOps Community to establish the Cha Cha Club, a members' club catering to full-time ResearchOps professionals. She has a diverse background in delivering operations across various sectors including e-commerce, education, government, retail, and tech.

Kate's career highlights include building and leading the renowned Atlassian ResearchOps team, setting the standard for scaling research services.
