Kate Richards

Kate Richards is a professional with a knack for community building and helping businesses grow. She has a degree in Leisure, Youth and Human Services from the University of Northern Iowa and has studied Continuing Education and Volunteer Management at Des Moines Area Community College. Her passion for urban planning initiatives, mobility, housing, and retail strategy have made her an expert in building a better future for Denver. Kate has worked with many different organizations including Downtown Denver Partnership, Parker Area Chamber of Commerce, Office Evolution, Salisbury House & Gardens, and Cedar Falls Community Main Street.
