Kate Press

Kate Press is a highly accomplished political strategist with a diverse educational and professional background. She holds an MA in International Affairs from Carleton University and a BA Honours in Political Science, Physical Anthropology, and English from the University of Toronto.

Kate currently serves as the Vice President of Regional Operations and Strategy at J Street, a non-profit organization advocating for a peaceful resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Before moving into her leadership position, Kate worked her way up through the ranks, starting as a Campus Organizer and eventually becoming the New York Regional Director, then the Deputy National Field Director, and finally the National Director of Regional Operations and Strategy.

In addition to her work at J Street, Kate has held a number of other interesting positions throughout her career, including serving as an Israel Fellow with the Dorot Foundation and working as a VSO Consultant with the Government of Sierra Leone. She has also worked as a Partner and Business Development Consultant and Intern at IDRC, a global organization focused on international development research.

Kate's impressive resume demonstrates her dedication to making a positive impact on the world through her work. Her experience in politics, international relations, and development, as well as her leadership roles at J Street, make her a valuable asset to any organization she works with.
