Kate Pientka

Kate Pientka Kirschmann is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in various industries.

She holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Harvard University, a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Emory University - Goizueta Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater, English Literature, English, and Design from Colgate University.

Kate is the Consultant and Owner of Leire Consulting, bringing her extensive knowledge and expertise to this role.

Her past experiences include serving as the Vice President of Quality at Safe Health Systems, Inc., and working in diverse roles at UPS such as International Small Business Team Lead, Thailand Head of Marketing, Senior Manager in various capacities including Customer Relationship Management, Mobile Strategy, and Digital Product Management.

Additionally, Kate has interned at Philips in Customer Insight And Product Innovation, and at Reynolds American, Inc. in Consumer Insights And Market Development.

Prior to her corporate roles, Kate also owned KP Designs and worked as a Hotel Indigo Sales Manager at Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG®).
