Kate has worked in roles that span the energy value chain, from wells to wheels and wires. Her expertise lies in shaping and delivering strategy, developing business cases, building partnerships, negotiating agreements, and executing projects. Kate has been leading the development and delivery of innovative utility business models that center on consumer needs and behavior, integrating technology and data analytics with demand management. Prior to her current role as Senior Manager at Baringa Partners, Kate held several senior positions in organizations such as Centrica, BP, and Energy Technologies Institute.
