Kate Nadolny is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate retail sales and planning, wholesale/retail strategy, merchandising and product development, customer development, and large team development and management. Her educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics and Management from the Cornell Dyson School of Applied Economics & Management, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University, the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), HEC Paris, and TRIUM Global Executive MBA. She also completed coursework in Fashion Merchandising Management at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Kate has held senior-level positions at PVH Corp., Lacoste, Nautica, Lehman Brothers, and Goldman Sachs, where she demonstrated her expertise in sales, planning, financial analysis, marketing, and operations. She is a former Board Member at the Bronx Letters Foundation, Cornell Dyson School of Applied Economics & Management, and Consumer, Apparel & Retail Studies Program at Bryan School of Business and Economics at UNCG. Currently, she serves as a Board Member for Algo, a forward-thinking technology company.

Kate is also an accomplished public speaker and teacher. One of her notable achievements in this area was her selection as a member of the inaugural class of NYC Fashion Fellows in 2013. She enjoys imparting her knowledge and experience to students and corporate teams, offering insights on topics such as finance, retail strategy and planning, and customer development.
