Kate Mytty
Kate Mytty is a co-founder and visiting lecturer at MIT CREATE, a program dedicated to promoting alternative development for urban economies. She is also an instructor at D-Lab, where she co-leads a course on shaping economies that encourage healthy communities and environments. Mytty has made significant contributions to peace-building, having served as an associate at Build Up and a board adviser to Global Minimum. She also sits on the Leadership Council of MIT PKG Public Service Center. Mytty holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from MIT, and has studied Sustainable Cities at UC Berkeley. Her expertise includes book publishing, idea development, community building, and connecting people with ideas.
