Kate Kraft is a seasoned professional with a passion for developing leadership-focused educational institutions particularly in their initial, growth, and expansion phases.

Having spent five years as a Teaching Fellow in History and Music at the African Leadership Academy, Kate furthered her education by obtaining an MBA and a MA in Education from Stanford University.

Her career journey led her to the role of Director of Academic Affairs at a startup MBA program in Rwanda, where she contributed her expertise for seven months.

Transitioning to the corporate world, Kate joined the prestigious Boston Consulting Group, specializing in consulting for high-growth technology firms on critical areas like go-to-market strategies, sales operations, and joint venture strategy.

Kate possesses a diverse skill set that encompasses project management, curriculum design, research, leadership development, coaching, and data analysis.
