Kate Jacey

Kate Jacey is a highly experienced professional with a diverse educational background and an impressive track record in talent management, coaching, and human resource development.

She holds a Coaching Certification in Ontological Coaching from Newfield Asia and a Certificate in Management from Birkbeck, University of London. Kate is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Canberra, alongside her studies in Journalism.

In addition to her Bachelor's degree in Communication and Journalism from the University of Canberra, she also completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management at the University of New England (AU).

Kate has held significant roles at the Australian Public Service Commission, where she serves as the Director of Capability Development Strategy. Her previous positions within the same organization include Assistant Director of Talent Strategies and various roles in talent management.

Prior to her time at the Australian Public Service Commission, Kate gained valuable experience at Standard Chartered Bank, where she worked as a Talent Manager, Curriculum Architect, and Graduate Development Manager.
