Kate Hixson, PhD, CPTM is a Learning and Performance Leader and Professional Facilitator based in Sarasota, Florida.1 She has over 15 years of experience in creating training programs for various clients and industries.1 Hixson holds a PhD in Instructional Design and Technology from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Ohio University.1
