Kate Hicks
Kate Hicks is a highly motivated systems and industrial engineer with an impressive international background in large-scale supply chain and manufacturing. She is deeply committed to innovation and takes on new challenges with enthusiasm. A Master of Engineering (MEng) in Systems Engineering from Cornell University, Kate has also studied Spanish and European Politics at Universidad Pablo de Olavide, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a Minor in Political Science from the University of Arizona.
With a wealth of experience in technical program management, Kate most recently served as a Technical Program Manager at Oxide Computer Company. She is also a former Commodity Manager, Litho Strategic Sourcing at Intel Corporation, and a former Program Manager, NPI Operations Readiness at Apple. Alongside this, she has worked as a Global Supply Manager and Supply Demand Manager at Apple, and began her professional career in engineering as a Systems Engineering Intern at ATK. Kate's talents extend beyond the technical realm, as she has also worked in sales and politics, serving as a Computer Sales Associate at Best Buy and as an Intern for U.S. Senator Jon Kyl at the United States Senate.
