Kate Elizabeth Hayes

Kate Hayes is a well-rounded and experienced sports professional, with a passion for biokinetics and massage therapy. She studied her Master's Degree in Sports Science Biokinetics at Stellenbosch University and continued her education by gaining qualifications in Project Management, PMP, and Agile at Simplilearn Alumni.

Kate has volunteered at the Cape Epic Cycle race, where she worked as a sports masseuse, providing relief and preventing injuries for cyclists. She has also volunteered in stroke rehabilitation, where she supported her grandmother's friend in regaining mobility and independence after a stroke.

Her professional experience ranges from being a lead biokineticist at Ultra Sports Clinic to working at the Sharks Medical Center, where she assisted athletes in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Kate has also worked as a biokineticist and trainer at LondonFit and co-owned Humphry and Healey Biokinetics.

With a strong background in sports sciences, biokinetics, and massage therapy, Kate continues to provide expert support to her clients.
