Kate Grady is an accomplished social worker with a diverse educational and professional background. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work with a focus on Spanish, Global Studies, and Psychology from Park University, and later completed her Master of Social Work with a Clinical/Medical Social Work Advanced Standing focus at the University of Saint Thomas/Saint Catherine University.

Kate has gained valuable experience through her various roles in the social work field. She has worked as a Behavioral Health Coordinator at Capital Area Head Start, a Medical Social Worker at Hospice Advantage, LLC, and a Therapeutic Permanency Case Manager at KVC Health Systems. Her experience also includes Clinical Social Work Intern and Service Coordination Intern roles at HealthEast and Mattie Rhodes Center, respectively. In addition, she has volunteered at Jewish Vocational Services and worked as a Resident Assistant at Park University.
