Kate Gouzes is a professional with a strong educational background, holding a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Philosophy & Politics from The University of Edinburgh. She also participated in the Erasmus Programme at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, further enriching her academic experience.

Kate has gained extensive experience through various roles in different organizations. Currently, she serves as a Project Lead at On Our Radar, demonstrating her leadership skills and ability to manage projects effectively. Previously, she worked as an Independent Consultant, where she honed her skills in providing consulting services independently. Her role as a Policy Advisor - Data & Inclusion (Interim) at Leonard Cheshire exemplifies her expertise in policy advising and data analysis. Moreover, Kate has a background in humanitarian work, having served in roles such as Data and Learning Analyst, Inclusion MEAL Officer, and Humanitarian Surge Team member at organizations like Handicap International - Humanity & Inclusion, Save the Children UK, and Humanitarian Leadership Academy.

Before her current positions, Kate had diverse experiences in different roles such as Project and Communication Coordinator, Consultant, and Programmes Information Officer. Her early career roles include serving as an Assistant Researcher in the House of Commons and gaining valuable experience as a Humanitarian Project Officer Trainee at Save the Children UK.
